擬(ni)(ni)建該邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)工程位于(yu)三明市(shi)清流縣鎮(zhen)溫郊鄉,呈“一(yi)”字形分布,北(bei)東向(xiang)40°,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)永久性邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)。擬(ni)(ni)建邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)體(ti)長度約(yue)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)250m,坡(po)(po)(po)頂規劃設(she)計(ji)標高(gao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)393.0m,坡(po)(po)(po)底設(she)計(ji)標高(gao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)365.0m,設(she)計(ji)坡(po)(po)(po)高(gao)28.0m,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)土(tu)質填方邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po),擬(ni)(ni)采用(yong)(yong)加(jia)筋擋土(tu)墻進(jin)行支護,擬(ni)(ni)采用(yong)(yong)4級放坡(po)(po)(po),設(she)計(ji)坡(po)(po)(po)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1:1.25、1:1.23(坡(po)(po)(po)腳(jiao))。擬(ni)(ni)建邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)坡(po)(po)(po)頂及坡(po)(po)(po)腳(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)園區規劃工業用(yong)(yong)地(di),擬(ni)(ni)建邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)體(ti)場(chang)地(di)現狀(zhuang)呈“U”字型,中間主(zhu)要為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)空地(di),場(chang)地(di)標高(gao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)360.7~365.6m,邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)頭尾為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)山坡(po)(po)(po)體(ti),山頂最高(gao)處均(jun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)413m。本邊(bian)(bian)(bian)坡(po)(po)(po)工程使用(yong)(yong)年限(xian)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)50年,安全等級為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)一(yi)級,重要性系數為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)r=1.1。

目前在(zai)我國應(ying)用(yong)較多的高邊坡支(zhi)(zhi)護結構類型有:擋土墻、護面墻(窗孔式(shi)和實體式(shi)、肋拱式(shi))、框格(ge)錨(mao)桿和框格(ge)錨(mao)索(suo),人(ren)字骨架護坡,植草種樹或鋪草皮等。在(zai)高邊坡支(zhi)(zhi)護施工(gong)中多在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)區(qu)域采用(yong)不(bu)同(tong)的支(zhi)(zhi)護結構,因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)施工(gong)前要針對水文(wen)地質情況(kuang)、工(gong)程特性(xing)及造價要求對不(bu)同(tong)的支(zhi)(zhi)護方法(fa)進行比(bi)選。

考慮到(dao)本(ben)工程(cheng)中(zhong)擬建(jian)(jian)邊(bian)坡(po)體長度(du)約為(wei)(wei)250m,坡(po)頂(ding)規劃設計標(biao)高(gao)為(wei)(wei)393.0m,坡(po)底設計標(biao)高(gao)為(wei)(wei)365.0m,設計坡(po)高(gao)28.0m,為(wei)(wei)土(tu)(tu)(tu)質填方邊(bian)坡(po),并綜合(he)考慮施工難度(du)、造(zao)價,故此(ci)處施工中(zhong)采用(yong)擬采用(yong)土(tu)(tu)(tu)工格柵(zha)加(jia)筋擋土(tu)(tu)(tu)墻這一(yi)復合(he)支護形(xing)式(shi)。土(tu)(tu)(tu)工格柵(zha)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)一(yi)種新型的(de)(de)加(jia)筋材料,不斷(duan)的(de)(de)被應用(yong)于邊(bian)坡(po)工程(cheng)、擋土(tu)(tu)(tu)墻施工、路基建(jian)(jian)設等施工中(zhong),可(ke)避免(mian)土(tu)(tu)(tu)體或填土(tu)(tu)(tu)因變形(xing)而失去(qu)穩定(ding)性的(de)(de)這類構(gou)造(zao)物,在高(gao)邊(bian)坡(po)中(zhong)擋土(tu)(tu)(tu)墻的(de)(de)質量(liang)嚴重影響到(dao)整個工作(zuo)的(de)(de)質量(liang),因此(ci)土(tu)(tu)(tu)工格柵(zha)加(jia)筋擋土(tu)(tu)(tu)墻的(de)(de)應用(yong),意義(yi)重大。
